Additionally, Magnolia Meadows, our stunning colonial-style home, features five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering both elegance and convenience. The luxurious bridal suite, located upstairs, is a true highlight—featuring antique furniture, including a gorgeous dressing table cherished by our family for generations, a floor-length tri-fold mirror to showcase your dress in all its glory, and a spacious closet. With four sinks and mirrors, getting ready is seamless and stress-free. Magnolia Manor also offers countless picturesque photo spots, ensuring a beautifully relaxed and unforgettable beginning to your celebration. (please note this is an additional fee with our simplicity package)

You don't have to use any specific caterer as long as they are licensed & insured.

  • ​There is no food and beverage minimum spending amount.

  • There is no minimum number of guests required.

  • We provide the bar tender if you would like to bring your own alcohol. If you prefer to have someone else take care of the bar for you we also have some amazing mobile bar vendors to choose from. 

  • There is no requirement for real China because we include it in our weekend pricing! (which can easily add $1,000+ to your catering bill at other venues)

Music and bar conclude by 10:00 pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s, and by 9:30 on Sunday’s and weeknights. A day of coordinator is recommended but not required. We do require you to purchase event insurance to be for your event. We recommend https://nuptialrisk.com/

          ~Two Day Rental~
Some Pretty Sweet Perks if You Choose a Friday or Weekend package! 

~Get Two days for the price of a Saturday~
You have the option to add Thursday to the venue rental from 3:00 to 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1000 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday. This is a great option for many of our couples!

Weekday rentals 12:00pm to 9:30 pm (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $2,500. Add the weekday before from 3:00 to 9:00 pm for an extra $500 for set up or rehearsal (this pricing does not include more than 1 Staff Member, Dinnerware, Flatware, or Glasses.)
