Just a Few Reminders
We’ve found it helpful—for both you and us—for couples to have a clear understanding of their guest count and budget before coming onsite for a tour. If you indicated uncertainty about your budget on our booking form, Brittany will be reaching out with some helpful information prior to your tour date.
Our goal is to ensure everyone has realistic expectations. For example, hosting a Saturday wedding during peak season for 150 guests within an $11K–$14K budget would be challenging. While not impossible, it’s more likely to fall within the $15K–$20K range, particularly toward the higher end.
We know budget conversations can be tough, but we’re here to guide you wherever we can. We want this planning process to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. That said, we also understand how disappointing it can be to fall in love with a venue only to realize later that it doesn’t align with your budget. By having these discussions upfront, we hope to save you time and heartache and ensure you feel confident moving forward. We believe this approach is the right thing to do, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
We kindly ask that you bring anyone who needs to see the venue in person to this tour, ensuring you feel completely confident and comfortable before signing our contract.
Instead of scheduling a private second tour, we encourage couples and their families to attend one of our open houses. To make the most of your experience, it’s a great idea to bring them along to the first tour. This way, you won’t need to wait for an open house, and we can provide you with our full, undivided attention during your visit.
Great news—almost everything we’ll cover during your tour is available on our website!
We’ve found that couples (and their family and friends) feel less overwhelmed during the tour if they take some time to explore the site beforehand. This allows you to focus on soaking in the stunning views and fully enjoying your visit when you arrive.
The best way to find us is to follow your GPS to Hwy 17. We are located halfway between Clarkesville & Helen on Hwy 17. Occasionally, it may direct you to Dollar General, but we’re located directly behind it.
To reach us, turn onto North Alt 255 (also known as Ben T. Huiet Hwy) and make an immediate right into our driveway. Look for our sign out front and a charming old Ford pickup with planter beds by the road—it’s hard to miss!
We’re conveniently located about 10 minutes from both Downtown Clarkesville and Downtown Helen.
Just a friendly reminder: we are unable to hold dates without a signed contract.

Lastly, we’re a no-pressure venue because we truly want what’s best for YOU.
For that reason, we don’t write contracts or accept deposits during tours. If you decide that Aerial Mountain Springs is the perfect fit for your wedding or event, all contract and deposit details will be handled via email and mail after your visit.
